Truk Lagoon is water, pure and full of color and World War II wrecks. The Lagoon has taken the gifts of nature and man and turned them into an underwater museum for the world to explore and enjoy. Truk Stop is proud to announce that we opened our own on-site dive operation in December 2001. The Truk Lagoon Dive Center boasts three customized dive boats. One Pro-42, one 30-foot dive boat and one 24-foot dive boat. The Pro-42 is powered by twin 300 HP diesel engines, and the other two fiberglass dive boats are powered by twin 60 HP four-stroke outboards.

Diving in Truk Lagoon is uncrowded and you are typically only one of six or eight people on a wreck at one time. The diving season is year-round and the water temperature only varies a couple of degrees from 29C/85F. Currents are virtually nonexistent and visibility is generally 20m-30m/60ft-100ft.
