a comfortable distance from Metro Manila, the country’s capital. MDD is situated in Laguna Technopark in Biñan, Laguna which is accessible from the Philippines primary international airport, the two international seaports of Metro Manila and Batangas, and Makati, the country’s center of commerce. MD Distripark Manila, Inc. was incorporated on March 15, 1996 to provide complete logistics solutions to various industries in the Philippines. Our operations commenced in August 1999 and it offers our clients a full range of freight and cargo management services to their business needs.

MDD is a joint venture of Japanese and Filipino investors, bringing together the global network of Mitsubishi Corporation, forwarding expertise of Daito Corporation, project development and financial excellence of Ayala Corporation to our LOGISTICS CENTER located in Laguna Technopark Phase 4, Biñan, Laguna, Philippines with a land site area of 32,441 square meters, that makes MDD one of the most modern logistics center in the Philippines.
